The Full Gospel Church of God in Zimbabwe is served by four national ministry departments, each dedicated to discipling and equipping a specific part of the body of Christ.
The Men's Fellowship exists to build men of God who are strong in faith, responsible in their families, and active in their communities. Through regular fellowship gatherings, Bible study, prayer, and service projects, we call men to fulfil their God-given role as spiritual leaders in the home, the church, and the nation. We are committed to raising up men who reflect the character of Christ in every area of their lives — men who lead with humility, serve with integrity, and love with sacrifice.

The Ladies Ministry is a sisterhood of faith, rooted in the Word of God and dedicated to nurturing, equipping, and empowering women across Zimbabwe. We believe that every woman — regardless of age, background, or season of life — has a unique calling and a vital role to play in the body of Christ. Through prayer, mentorship, outreach, and discipleship, we walk together in purpose and in love, encouraging one another toward a deeper relationship with God and a greater impact in our homes, our churches, and our nation.

The Youth Ministry of the Full Gospel Church of God in Zimbabwe is a movement of young people on fire for God, committed to living out the Gospel with boldness, creativity, and authenticity. We create spaces where young people aged 13–35 can encounter God, build lasting friendships, discover their gifts, and be equipped to lead. In a generation facing pressure from all sides, we stand on the Word and believe that Zimbabwe's young people are not the church of tomorrow — they are the church of today. We raise up voices, not just followers.

Sunday School is the foundation of Christian formation for the children of our church — a safe, joyful, and Spirit-filled environment where boys and girls learn the Word of God from an early age. We believe that faith planted in childhood grows into a lifetime of fruitfulness. Our Sunday School teachers and leaders are dedicated to making Scripture come alive for every child, building a love for God, a knowledge of the Bible, and a foundation of character that will carry them through life. We partner with parents to raise the next generation in the ways of the Lord.
